1. The Promoter

2. The Competition

2.2 All competitions (“Competitions”) are skill-based. Entrants must answer a qualifying question correctly to be eligible to win. Each paid entry must be accompanied by the correct answer to the Competition Question.
2.3 In case of any inconsistency between these T&Cs and any marketing materials, these T&Cs shall prevail.
2.4 Entry fees are required unless otherwise stated. A free postal entry route is available and subject to conditions detailed in section 3.12.
3. How to Enter
3.1 Competitions open and close on the dates specified on the Website (“Opening Date” and “Closing Date”).
3.2 The Promoter reserves the right to alter these dates at its sole discretion.
3.3 Entries received after the Closing Date are not valid and will not be entered.
3.4 Maximum entries per person are defined per Competition.

- Answering the question correctly,
- Selecting number of entries,
- Completing checkout and accepting these T&Cs.
3.6 PayPal and other payment options may be restricted to users aged 18+.
3.7 A confirmation email will be sent once your entry is processed.
3.8 The Promoter is not responsible for failed entries due to technical issues.
3.9 By entering, you confirm your eligibility and agree to these T&Cs.
3.10 Free Entry: You may also enter by sending a letter to our business address with:
- Full name,
- DOB,
- Full address,
- Contact details,
- Competition name,
- Correct answer.
Each entry must be submitted separately. Bulk entries will not be accepted. Free entries must arrive before the Closing Date.
4. Choosing a Winner
4.1 All correct entries will be entered into a random draw.
4.2 Draws are held within 7 days of the Closing Date.
4.3 Winners will be notified by email or phone.
4.4 A winners list may be published. Contact us to opt out.
5. Website Credit
5.1 Credit may be issued for specific promotions or returned entries.
5.2 Credit is non-transferable and expires after 12 months.
6. Eligibility

7.5 For cash prizes, the amount will be transferred via bank transfer.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.2 We do not accept liability for failed or delayed entries or website issues.
10. Data Protection and Publicity

10.2 Winners may be asked to participate in publicity.
10.3 Winners may request anonymity by contacting the Promoter in writing.
11. General
11.1 The Promoter may amend these T&Cs at any time.
11.2 Competitions are not affiliated with Facebook or Instagram.
11.3 English law applies. Disputes shall be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
